ORANGEVILLE – On Monday, January 23, 2012, Michael Miller, age 47, finally lost the battle with his demons but found the peace he has always been looking for. He was born April 11, 1964 to Carol Bashear Ware and the late Manuel Leo Miller.
Mike’s favorite things included the holidays, hunting, camping, spending time cooking for his family and friends, and anything involving cheering on his favorite team, the Utah Jazz. Mike lived the life of a nomad, but had a heart of gold when truly needed.
Mike will always be missed and loved by his son Cameron; his mother, Carol Ware; his sisters: Chris (Max) Miller-Deary, Carrie (Mike) McCann, Teri (Roger) Abbott, Jennifer (Ryan) Lopez, Shellee Allred; his brother, lil Mike (Shelley) Jones; his many adored nieces and nephews; his best friend, Jim Hofstetter; and his special gato, “Blu”.
He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Leo Miller; his step father, Rue Ware; and a great-niece, Thailyn Miller.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 12:00 noon at Fausett Mortuary (720 N. Center St., Castle Dale). There will be a viewing Saturday at 11:00 a.m. prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Orangeville City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
