LISTEN TO SERVICE Beverly Margaret Byrge HELPER - Beverly Margaret Byrge, age 84, passed away December 9, 2014 in Price, Utah. She was born September 4, 1930 to Margaret LaRue Haycock Rudisill and Samuel Ernest Rudisill in Spring Glen, Utah. She was adopted by her grandparents, Margaret and Richard Haycock after the death of her parents. She married the love of her life, Elvin Byrge on July 6, 1945 in Price, Utah. They were sealed in the Manti LDS temple in 1989 and were married for 65 years. They had two boys: Bill and Tom. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her hobbies included: photography, including taking pictures of wild life and scenery, quilting and crocheting. She crocheted over 2,000 afghans for Primary Children's Hospital and local nursing homes. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elvin Byrge; grandparents; sisters: Winona Anderson, Alpha Barker, Maria Hammond and Ann Haycock; brother, Elvin Haycock; Son, Tommy Byrge; and grandson, Howard Byrge. She is survived by her son, Bill Byrge; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Colleen Byrge. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Helper Stake Center (150 Ridgeway - Helper, Utah.) A viewing will be held Friday, December 12, 2014 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary (680 East 100 South - Price, Utah) and on Saturday, from 10:00 - 10:40 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Mt. View Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guest book and share memories of Beverly at www.fausettmortuary.com.
