Daisy L. Bay Slavensky PRICE: Daisy L. Bay Slavensky, 87, passed away Oct 21, 2015 in Price, Utah. She was born Dec. 21, 1928 in Pecos, Texas. She married Raymond Franco and had 2 children, Judy & Raymond. After Raymond passed away in 1975 she married Louie 'Lefty' Slavensky in 1977. She was a long time resident of Helper, Utah. Daisy is survived by her sister Nellie Barker and son Raymond (Pam) Franco, a grandson Michael Franco. She was preceded in death by her husbands, daughter Judy Ford, son-in-law Jesse Ford, brother-in-law Art Barker, and a grandson Stephen Franco. Private family services will be held at a later date.
