EAST CARBON - Darrell Claude Duncan, age 37, passed away on July 18, 2017. He was born October 4, 1979 to William Ray and Patricia Boren Duncan in Price, Utah. Darrell is survived by his mother Patricia Gonzalez and stepfather Pedro Gonzalez of East Carbon, girlfriend Kristy Mead Heart, siblings Dirley Duncan of Price, Darby Duncan of East Carbon, Dwayne Duncan of Craig, Colorado and Donald Duncan of East Carbon.
