Devin Vance Carter Devin Vance Carter of Ferron/Rangley, CO., age 9, returned to his Heavenly Father on February 19, 2012 in Vernal, Utah, after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident. He was born August 13, 2002 in Logan, Utah. We will miss his unconditional love for everyone he met, his vibrant personality and his persistent curiosity about the world around him. We know that he is happily loving & serving those on the other side with his same attitude. Devin was recently preceded in death by his Grandma Lesli Carter. He is survived by his loving parents, Danielle Brown of Rangely, Colorado, and Christopher and Melinda Carter of Provo, UT; his grandparents: Vance and Bobbi Brown of Ferron, UT, and Kevin Carter of Provo, UT; and many aunts, uncles & cousins. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the Millsite LDS Ward Chapel, 35 West 200 North in Ferron, Utah. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Ferron City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary of Castle Dale.
