Jacob Thorn

Jacob "Jake" Wilford Thorn, age 44, passed away suddenly at his home in Emery, Utah on Dec. 7, 2016. He was born on Oct. 11, 1972 in Provo, Utah to Raymond and Della May Madsen Thorn. Jake was raised in the Provo area and graduated from Provo High School. He loved classic cars and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Jake is survived by his father Raymond Thorn of Emery, Utah, a brother Rex Thorn of Emery, Utah, 2 sisters; Ann Melo of Springville, Utah and Alice (Tim) Lewis of Provo, Utah. He was preceded in death by his mother Della May Madsen Thorn. Services are pending at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary of Emery County.
