Lawrence Dow

Lawrence Roger Dow of Clawson, Utah, born Dec. 26, 1936, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Friday, Nov. 23, 2018. Larry enjoyed everything involving baseball i.e.: playing, watching and teaching his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed camping, woodworking and tinkering in his garage. Larry worked as a coal miner and as an auto worker. He also served as a member of the Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents and by thirteen siblings. He is also preceded in death by two of his own children, Ellen Louise and Blake Wright. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, DaLoris Jean Dow and his remaining children: William Patrick Dow of Saginaw, Michigan, Lowren Gene Dow (Jackie) of Mayville, Michigan, Lawrence Roger Dow, Jr (Ruth) of Clawson, Utah, Machelle Jeni Suyak of Mapleton, Utah, Suzette Marcell Patterson (Brian) of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Onjulee Pittser (Kevin) of Cedar City, Utah, and Mika Francillia Hibbs (David) of Price, Utah. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Private burial will take place at a later date.
