Layna Bennett

Layna Bennett 1946 - 2014 SAN MARCOS CA-- Layna Bennett (Nolan) was born in San Diego to James Anthony Nolan and Erma Lee Nolan Weber on September 2, 1946. She passed away on December 30, 2014 in California. Layna is survived by her husband of 42 years, William; her children, Scot Bennett (Megan) and Kristen Specht (Jessamyn); grand- children, Oliver, Evelyn, and Marla; and three siblings, Randy Weber, Larry Weber, and Debbie Owens. Preceded in death by her brother, Jim Nolan. Layna will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandma, who loved nothing more than being with family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her honor to benefit rheumatoid arthritis research at www.curearthritis.org/donate/ Her celebration of life will be Saturday, January 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Cleveland LDS Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Interment will follow at the Cleveland City Cemetery.
