Leon M. Campbell "Rusty" FRUITLAND, UTAH-Leon M. "Rusty" Campbell, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed away on February 8, 2014 after a valiant battle with a long illness. He was born on February 24, 1939 in Duchesne, Utah to M.E. "Mandy" and "Jackie" Campbell. He is survived by his wife Emmie; six children, Christina, Dieter (Kristy), Michelle (Steve), Mandy (Kymberly), Denise, Jenene (Dustin); twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four sisters, Zora (Monty) Scovil, Carol (Ron) Cook, Laraine (Dale) Lee, Elaine (Henry) Herrera. Preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Shane. He lived a full and enjoyable life. Accomplishments include Army service, building contractor, fire chief and first responder. He enjoyed flying planes, outdoor recreation, and time with his family and friends. His strength wisdom and smile will be truly missed. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price (680 East 100 South.) A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Cliffview Cemetery. Family and friends may sign the guestbook and share memories of "Rusty" at www.fausettmortuary.com.
