Reva Elsie Case Hayes PRICE - Reva Elsie Case Hayes, 95 1/2, died peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family on Monday, June 20, 2016 in Price. She was born December 24, 1920 in Emery, Utah to Wallace H. &Thora C. Nielsen Case. On December 20, 1938 she was married to Harold L. Hayes in Price, Utah. They were the parents of four children. Mom's life was centered in her home taking care of her family. She was the glue that held us together. She is survived by daughters Jerri (John) Barnett, Gloria (Jim) Smith and Pam Martin; 11 grandkids, many great grandkids and great great grandkids. Preceded by her parents, husband, son Ralph, 7 brothers and 2 sisters. A viewing will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Fausett Mortuary. A graveside will be held Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11:00 am at Price City Cemetery. Interment will follow entrusted to Fausett Mortuary.
