Obituary for Rita Rose Santos
Rita Rose Santos joined the love of her life, Felipe Santos on July 25, 2022. They lived a beautiful life here in Price with their beloved doggies. She enjoyed sitting in her yard, watching the deer, and enjoying sunsets. Rita had 82 years of mothering and nurturing her eight beautiful children, countless nieces and nephews and many others.
Rita is survived by Michael Mair, Ruth "Gregg" Dunn, Diana Peterson, her first love Robert Pepo Pachecho, siblings Sam Daniel Maestas, Michael Maestas, Manuel Maestas, Irene Betty Guardado and Susie Pereza, and numerous grand and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Jenny Maestas, siblings Toby Maestas, Lola Knight, Alice Holt, children Tony Maestas, Delfino Pachecho, Barbara Sue, Shirley Entz, Darlene Hill and her grand daughter, Bernadette Pachecho. She will be greatly missed by many family and friends here in Utah and Puerto Rico. She will be placed next to her love on Thursday, August 4th, 2022. We love you Tia!
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Notre Dame De Lourdes Catholic Church with a Rosary at 11:45 a.m. Prior to the mass, a viewing will be held at Fausett Mortuary, 680 E. 100 S. Price, Utah from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Services have been entrusted to Fausett Mortuary. Interment will follow in the Cliffview Cemetery, Price, Utah.
