Ron was born in New Jersey on June 5th, 1962, to Marie and Ronald Blume. His family moved to Florida where he spent his childhood. Ron quickly learned to fish, he spent many hours on the boat with his dad learning all he could and quickly fell in love with the sport.
Ron met Danni-Ellen and they married on December 8th of 1989, and shortly after they moved to Massachusetts where they started their family. Ron And Danni had two children, Gary and Rose. They lost Gary at birth a year before welcoming Rose. They divorced when Rose was young. Ron had a career in HVAC and later in life did carpentry. He loved a good hard drink and to make people laugh, He was funny as hell. Ron moved to Utah to help his youngest sister after his home caught fire and he lost everything. Little did he know she would be helping him because shortly after moving to Utah Ron was diagnosed with Cancer. He had such a fighting spirit for the first year, but he decided to stop treatments and began hospice care. His youngest sister became his full-time caregiver.

Ron is survived by his mother, Marie; daughter, Rose; sisters, Doreen and Pixie; two adorable grandbabies; one niece, Ashley (Justin) Curtis; one nephew, Robbie Blume; as well as many great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

He is Preceded in death by his father, Ronald Blume; and son, Gary Blume.

The Family would like to thank Symbii Hospice, Brock, Christine and Kara.
